Is BrandLoyalty affiliated with BrandLoyalty B.V. or BrandWallet?

No. BrandLoyalty (brandloyalty.pk) is an independent, Pakistan-based company. It is not affiliated with BrandLoyalty B.V., a Netherlands-based company that runs short-term promotional campaigns for large grocery retailers, and it is not affiliated with BrandWallet, a separate loyalty product. The shared name is coincidental.

Do my customers need to download an app?

Customers can use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet without downloading a separate loyalty app. They scan your QR code, join the program and choose to save their card to their wallet. Staff can also enroll a customer at the counter with a name and phone number and share their card link.

How much does BrandLoyalty cost?

Accepted Answer

Starter is Rs 6,000/month for up to 2 branches with a stamp or points card. Growth is Rs 12,000/month for up to 5 branches and adds coupons, birthday and win-back automation. Scale is Rs 18,000/month for chains, with unlimited branches, POS integration, and API access. Each plan has a one-time setup fee starting at Rs 5,000. Prices are also available in USD, GBP, EUR, and other currencies.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, every new merchant gets a 21-day free trial with no credit card required. Ask our team about current availability of the founding-partner pilot for Karachi businesses.

Can I send push notifications to my customers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Lock-screen push notifications are free and unlimited on every plan. You can message everyone with a card, or target a specific segment, such as customers who are close to earning a reward.

Does BrandLoyalty support SMS?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the Scale plan. Scale includes 3,000 SMS/month, then Rs 2.50/SMS in Pakistan. Starter and Growth do not include SMS broadcasts. Merchants can also share their card's enrollment link for free through their own WhatsApp.

How many branches can I add?

Accepted Answer

Starter supports 2 branches, Growth supports up to 5, and Scale supports unlimited branches for chains and multi-city brands. Every plan includes unlimited members.

What kinds of loyalty programs can I run?

Stamp cards (buy a set number of visits, earn a reward), points programs with a configurable earn-and-redeem ratio and VIP tiers, and percentage, fixed-amount, or free-product coupons, all issued from the same dashboard.

What happens to my customer data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Your data and customer list export with you; BrandLoyalty does not lock in your customer relationships.

BrandLoyalty is built and priced for the Pakistani market first, with PKR as the default currency, but pricing is also available in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AED, SAR, and INR for merchants elsewhere.

Can different products earn different rewards on one card?

Yes. Multi-product stamp tracks let each product group earn toward its own reward. A captured receipt containing coffee and a sandwich can advance both tracks. Each track has its own eligible items and stamp threshold; our team can help you configure the right program and receipt connection.

Business Pulse brings together captured sales, orders and loyalty activity. Customer and product views help you explore repeat behaviour, segments and items bought together. The detail available depends on your plan and connected data: product insights need item-level bills, and demand forecasts require sufficient history and Scale or above. Coverage and readiness stay visible.
