What is BrandLoyalty?
BrandLoyalty is a digital loyalty platform for businesses in Pakistan. It puts a merchant's stamp card, points program, or coupons directly inside Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, so customers never need to download a separate app.
Is BrandLoyalty affiliated with BrandLoyalty B.V. or BrandWallet?
No. BrandLoyalty (brandloyalty.pk) is an independent, Pakistan-based company. It is not affiliated with BrandLoyalty B.V., a Netherlands-based company that runs short-term promotional campaigns for large grocery retailers, and it is not affiliated with BrandWallet, a separate loyalty product. The shared name is coincidental.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan a QR code once and their card is added straight to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, apps already on their phone. Staff can also enroll a customer at the counter with just a name and phone number, no QR code needed.
How much does BrandLoyalty cost?
Starter is Rs 12,000/month for a single location with a stamp or points card. Growth is Rs 24,000/month and adds coupons, birthday and win-back automation, and SMS. Scale is Rs 40,000/month for chains, with unlimited branches, POS integration, and API access. Each plan has a one-time setup fee starting at Rs 10,000. Prices are also available in USD, GBP, EUR, and other currencies.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every new merchant gets a 21-day free trial with no credit card required. The first 10 brands in Karachi also qualify for a founding-partner offer: a 30-day fully set-up pilot, the setup fee waived, and 20% off the first 3 months.
Can I send push notifications to my customers?
Yes. Lock-screen push notifications are free and unlimited on every plan. You can message everyone with a card, or target a specific segment, such as customers who are close to earning a reward.
Does BrandLoyalty support SMS?
Yes, on the Growth and Scale plans. Growth includes 1,000 SMS/month, then Rs 3/SMS. Scale includes 3,000 SMS/month, then Rs 2.50/SMS. Merchants can also share their card's enrollment link for free through their own WhatsApp.
Can BrandLoyalty connect to my point-of-sale system?
Yes. BrandLoyalty integrates with Foodics, so orders placed at the till post straight to a customer's loyalty ledger without staff needing to scan or enter anything manually.
How many branches can I add?
Starter supports 2 branches, Growth supports up to 5, and Scale supports unlimited branches for chains and multi-city brands. Every plan includes unlimited members.
What kinds of loyalty programs can I run?
Stamp cards (buy a set number of visits, earn a reward), points programs with a configurable earn-and-redeem ratio and VIP tiers, and percentage, fixed-amount, or free-product coupons, all issued from the same dashboard.
What happens to my customer data if I cancel?
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Your data and customer list export with you; BrandLoyalty does not lock in your customer relationships.
Is BrandLoyalty available outside Pakistan?
BrandLoyalty is built and priced for the Pakistani market first, with PKR as the default currency, but pricing is also available in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AED, SAR, and INR for merchants elsewhere.
